Terms and Conditions of Sales

The offer and sale of products on "www.hip.fr" are governed by these Conditions and terms of Sale.
Products purchased on www.hip.fr are sold directly by the ID Sarl (HIP), 3 montée de la Sauvagie, 69360 Ternay, France, registered with the RCS Lyon under number 380 127 076, with VAT number FR61 380 127 076.
HIP makes the sale of "www.hip.fr" products and practices its own e-commerce activity exclusively towards the end user.
By "final consumer" is designated any individual who works for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity eventually performed. If you're not a "final consumer", we invite you to refrain from entering into business transactions on "hip.fr".
Given the commercial policy described above, HIP reserves the right not to respond to commands from anyone who is not a "final consumer" or non-compliant commands at such trade policy defined in herein.
The general terms and conditions may be amended and in particular consider possible legislative changes. The new general conditions of sale apply to their date of publication on "www.hip.fr".
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding processing fees and shipping.
1.2 - For orders to countries other than France, you are the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not HIP spring. They are your responsibility and are your responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you about these issues with local authorities.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - HIP reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability.
At the first command, the user must create their online account with his personal details and keep it updated. The contract is considered concluded when HIP receives, telematically, the order form, once verified the accuracy of the order data.
Prior to the purchase of products by transmitting the order form, you are asked to carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
By transmitting via telematics the order form, you accept unconditionally and you undertake to respect in the relations with HIP, these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the terms specified in these Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on hip.fr
By submitting your order form, you confirm to know and accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The data recorded by "hip.fr" during the checkout process, constitute proof of all transactions by "hip.fr" and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
If a product of your order is temporarily unavailable, we inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. You can then choose by return e-mail a refund or a replacement product.
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process in a variable period depending on the option and the destination. If there is a Colissimo, delivery in France is 3 to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a Chronopost, the delivery time in France is 1 to 2 days excluding weekends and holidays. The delivery in the French overseas territories and abroad is 5 to 12 days excluding weekends and holidays.
As provided in Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reasons or pay penalties, except , where applicable, the cost of return. This period starts from the receipt of delivery.
All orders are expressed in Euros all taxes included, with current VAT rate in France. For a total amount of purchases inferior or equal to 300 Euros and a total amount of purchases accumulated in less than 72H inferior or equal to 500 Euros, hip.fr will accept your payment by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is encrypted and secured by SOGENACTIF. For a total amount of purchases higher than 300 Euros, additional information will be requested. The maximum number of orders is 3 in 72H.
We have adopted the SSL encryption to protect more efficiently all the sensitive data related to payment.

As such, under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use for private use is allowed under reserve of different or more restrictive code of intellectual property. The products offered comply with French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities in your country import possibilities or use of products or services you plan to order.
HIP can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of force majeure, disruption, flood, fire or strike of postal services and means of transportation or communication.
HIP will not incur any liability for any direct or indirect result of these risks.
This contract is subjected to the French law. In the event of complaint, the French courts will be only qualified.
HIP is committed not to disclose to third parties the information you provide. These remain confidential. They will be used by our internal departments for processing your order, in order customize and enhance communication, cultural offer of the product for the customers of "hip.fr" including letters of information "hip.fr" and which you will have subscribed as within the framework of the personalization of the site according to your interests.
Consequently and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data about you.
